Glass and Aluminum Castings

Glass and Aluminum Castings

These castings were parametrically designed and cast for our art studio Wilson Winterworks. They are based on the topography of the Grand Teton, then digitally transformed, rendered in 3D, transformed some more, and then subjected to the lost-wax casting method.

Once the investment molds are made, the glass is loaded into the mold and fired in our kiln for up to a week. This allows us to cast complex shapes as well as larger scale models. We have access to a wide variety of glass types, colors, and materials to meet your needs.
